Trevor Hansen - Partner/CEO

Trevor Hansen brings over 13 years of marketing experience to Motivate. As President/CEO of Ethnic Print Media Group (EPMG), Trevor launched from vision to exponential growth the industry's lead Multicultural print media buying firm.

As the story goes, Trevor was born "under the light-table." His parents started the first 55+ targeted newspaper in the country in 1973. In this upbringing Trevor has always been engaged and involved in the print media industry.

Trevor is a featured speaker at many Multicultural marketing events annually and has been awarded recognition from the NAHP (National Association of Hispanic Publications), NNPA, and the CNEA. In addition Trevor sits on the advisory board for the Circulation Verification Council (CVC).

Gabriella Austin - Partner/President

Gabrielle Austin has over 25 years of experience in promotional advertising, marketing and print media. She spent 8 years with Essence Magazine as Director of Sales and has held advertising management positions with the Miami Herald/El Nuevo Herald, St. Paul Pioneer Press and Des Moines Register. In 1998 she joined Newspaper Services of America (NSA). Most recently, Gabrielle held the position of President of Strategic Print Marketing (SPM), a division of NSA, in Atlanta, GA.

Gabrielle has been honored by the Black Women's Hall of Fame, Dollars and Cents Outstanding Business & Professional Women Award, Coca-Cola Community Service Award, Essence Magazine's President Award-4 consecutive years and many more. Gabrielle recently received the 2007 NNPA "Chairman's Award" for her exemplary support of the Black Press. In 2006 she was selected as one of the TOP 25 most Influential Women in Atlanta. Ms. Austin is involved in many organizations including the National Association of Female Executives, the Women's Advertising guild and the National Association of Minority Media Executives. She volunteers at the local high school teaching character education classes to 10th graders.

Gabrielle is married and has three sons.
